Hi Families,

I trust that you all enjoyed this warm and windy weekend.   Here are some important activities that are occurring this week in second grade and at Georgetown.

*  Friday November 16 is the last day to bring in canned goods for the food drive.  It is also the last day to send in donations for the SPARK foundation (solar powered lights for Uganda).

*  We will be having a school assembly on Thursday November 15.

*  Thanksgiving Break – November 21-25

*  Georgetown Holiday Program – Tuesday November 27.  Mrs. Bretz has asked each second grader to bring a set of sunglasses to the program for their performance :).

*  Parent Teacher Conferences were amazing!!!!  Parents,  thank you SO much for taking time to meet with me regarding the progress of your child.   Our second graders are so precious and I truly am blessed by each one of them.   It is a distinct privilege to team with you in the education of our second graders.  Please feel free to contact me at anytime regarding any questions or concerns that you may have.
