This week we have been practicing the strategy of Checking for Understanding while we read to improve our comprehension. We learned a song to help us remember to ask “who” the story is about and “what” has happened after each page or chapter.
Andrew is our super star this week so he was able to select a character for our Voki…. WOOHOO! Don’t let the shark scare you, our second graders have wonderful singing voices 🙂 Make sure to pause the ipod before you press play on the VOKI.
