Teaching is an important part in my life and truly “makes me tick”. I love to watch children learn, grow and make the “ahhh-haaa” connection. Whether it was working with special needs students, kindergartners or my precious second graders, each of my experiences has helped me learn more about how children learn and strategies that are effective.
I am blessed with a wonderful family, including my husband, three little boys and Abby, my dog. One of my most favorite things to do is to watch my children experience life and embrace every single moment of it! When I have spare time, I enjoy spending time on Lake Leelanau, reading, running and scrapbooking.
